For Workers

EB-3 sponsored jobs — and the green card that comes with them.

If you're ready to work full-time in the United States and settle there permanently, the EB-3 "Other Workers" visa is the most direct legal route. Here's how it works, who qualifies, and how to start.

Your journey

Six steps, one goal.

Every case is different, but every worker walks through these same stages. We stay involved from the first questionnaire to the day you start your job.

1

Check basic eligibility

Understand what the visa is, whether "Other Workers" fits your situation, and what documentation you'll eventually need.

2

Complete the questionnaire

We review the same background factors USCIS will later examine — immigration history, record, and medical admissibility.

3

Get matched with a sponsor

Once cleared, we match you with a full-time, entry-level role with an employer in our network.

4

Labor certification (PERM)

Your employer tests the local labour market and files PERM with the U.S. Department of Labor. This is the longest single step.

5

I-140 & visa processing

With PERM approved, your employer files Form I-140. Once your priority date is current, your case moves to consular processing.

6

Green card & start work

You attend your interview, travel to the U.S., receive your green card, and begin work. Your family travels with you.

Common questions

What workers ask us most.

From your first application to landing in the U.S. with a green card is typically 3–4 years. PERM alone commonly runs many months; the I-140 and immigrant visa stages add substantially more time. We'll give you a realistic estimate based on your priority date and country of birth.
The EB-3 "Other Workers" category has no formal English requirement in U.S. immigration law. Individual employers may expect basic conversational English on the job — enough to follow instructions and communicate safely with co-workers.
Yes. Your legal spouse and any unmarried children under 21 are eligible as derivative applicants. They receive green cards on the same case and travel with you or shortly after.
No. The EB-3 visa is employment-based, which means a U.S. employer must sponsor you and file the PERM and I-140 on your behalf. Matching you with that employer is one of the main things EB3 Hub does.
Common blockers include serious criminal history, immigration violations, medical conditions considered inadmissible, or an inability to perform full-time manual work. The eligibility questionnaire is designed to surface these issues before you invest time in the process.
