What EB3 Hub is, what it is not, and what nobody in this industry can honestly promise you.
This page states plainly what EB3 Hub is, what it is not, and what we can and cannot promise. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before relying on anything else on this site.
1. We are not a law firm
EB3 HUB LLC is an advisory and placement service. It is not a law firm, and no one at EB3 Hub is acting as your attorney.
- Nothing on this website, in our emails, on WhatsApp, on calls, or in the client portal is legal advice.
- Reading this site, submitting the eligibility questionnaire, or speaking with an EB3 Hub advisor does not create an attorney–client relationship, and nothing you send us through this site is protected by attorney–client privilege.
- Immigration filings — PERM, Form I-140, adjustment of status and consular processing — are prepared and submitted by licensed immigration attorneys and by the sponsoring employer. Those attorneys exercise their own independent professional judgement.
- For advice about your specific legal situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney. If we introduce you to one, that attorney's relationship with you is separate from your relationship with us.
2. We are not the government
EB3 Hub is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, the National Visa Center, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or any other government agency of the United States or any other country.
We cannot expedite, influence or predict a government decision. Government forms are available free of charge from the agencies themselves; our fees are for our advisory and placement services, not for the forms.
3. No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee:
- that you will be found eligible for the EB-3 category;
- that any employer will offer to sponsor you;
- that a labor certification, petition, immigrant visa or green card will be approved or issued;
- that you will be admitted to the United States;
- that any stage will be completed within a particular time.
Approval depends on U.S. government agencies, on employers, and on facts about you that we do not control. Any assessment we give you is a professional opinion based on the information you provided at that time — not a promise, and not a prediction of what a government officer will decide.
4. Timelines and figures are estimates
Processing times quoted anywhere on this site — including "typically 3–4 years" — are general observations from past cases. Actual timelines vary widely and are driven by Department of Labor queues, USCIS workloads, visa bulletin retrogression, and your country of chargeability. Backlogs for high-demand countries can add years. Wage figures shown on job listings are set by the employer and by prevailing-wage determinations, and may change before an offer is made.
5. Success stories and testimonials
The experiences shared on our Success Stories page are those of individual clients. They describe individual results and are not typical, guaranteed or representative of what any other candidate will experience. Every case turns on its own facts. Where a person has asked not to be identified, names or images may be withheld or changed at their request.
6. Job listings
Roles shown on our Job Offerings page are opportunities with third-party U.S. employers. Availability, wages, locations and requirements are set by those employers and can change or be withdrawn at any time. A listing is not a job offer to you, and EB3 Hub is not your employer and is not a party to any employment contract you eventually sign.
7. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this site accurate, but U.S. immigration law, government fees, forms and processing times change frequently, and this site is general information rather than case-specific guidance. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or free of error, and we are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on it. Confirm anything important with a licensed attorney or an official government source such as uscis.gov or travel.state.gov.

This site links to services and sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Beware of impersonation and fraud
The immigration sector attracts scammers who impersonate legitimate companies. Please note:
- EB3 Hub will never ask you to send money to an individual's personal bank account, to a cryptocurrency wallet, or through an informal money transfer agent.
- We will never promise a guaranteed visa, a guaranteed approval, or a way to skip the queue. Anyone who does is not acting for us.
