No. The EB-3 is an employment-based immigrant visa. A U.S. employer must sponsor you and file the PERM labor certification and I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. Matching you with a sponsoring employer is one of the main things EB3 Hub does.

Most EB-3 "Other Workers" cases take typically 3–4 years from first application to landing in the U.S. with a green card.
