We do not handle every visa type. We work on the EB-3 “Other Workers” category — full-time permanent roles needing less than two years of training — because depth in one process serves people better than breadth across many.
An approved EB-3 petition covers a spouse and unmarried children under 21 as derivative applicants. We plan every case around the household that is actually moving, not just the person who signs the forms.
The legal filings belong to your employer and the attorneys. Our work is everything around them — the matching, the paperwork, the chasing, and the explaining.
Before anything else you complete our eligibility questionnaire, and we review your immigration history, medical admissibility and personal record. If something in your history is going to surface at the consulate, we would rather find it now than three years from now.
We introduce you to vetted U.S. employers who are genuinely hiring and genuinely willing to sponsor. Your employer then files the PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor and the I-140 petition with USCIS, and we coordinate the documents each stage needs.
When your priority date becomes current we prepare you for consular processing, or for adjustment of status if you are already in the United States. You keep one point of contact the whole way through, and a client portal where you can see where your case stands.

Nobody can. Approval rests with the Department of Labor, USCIS and the Department of State, and visa availability depends on annual limits and your country of birth. Anyone promising you a guaranteed outcome or a fixed date is not being straight with you.
Some people are better served by a different route, and some are not admissible at all. Our questionnaire exists to find that out early. If you do not qualify we will say so plainly rather than take you through a process that cannot end well.
EB-3 is a multi-year process, and the wait varies considerably by country of birth. We would rather set that expectation on the first call than have you discover it in year two.
